La convocatòria “Arrela’t_Terres de l’Ebre” està dissenyada per tal que un màxim de 4 projectes (1 per comarca) puguin ser beneficiaris d’una campanya de finançament col·lectiu mixt. D’aquesta manera es vol contribuir a posar en pràctica noves fórmules de finançament territorial en les quals les administracions complementen amb un fons públic les aportacions de la ciutadania a través d’una plataforma de micromecenatge.
